google :

look : very nice

speed : very fast

results : all results with additional features

popularity : most famous search engine

Yahoo

look : not good

speed : fast (but slower than google)

results : don't show all results

popularity : it is on the second position (first position is of google)

we come to a conclusion that google is just not better than yahoo but also that it is the best search engine in the world.
